Denise is a skilled professional with experience working with a multitude of non-profit associations. Her expertise is in board development and logistics, event planning, committee management, financial management, and membership recruiting and retention. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Penn State University.
She created Atlas Management Resources Inc. in 2013 and currently serves clients throughout the United States.
She is married with two kids, Evan 19 and Natalie 16, along with three pets, two cats: Willow and Sunny, and her dog, Fynn.

Melanie has over 15 years of event planning, association management, client services, communications and membership experience in the non-profit community. Melanie earned her degree in Agricultural Communications from the University of Kentucky, currently holds her CMM (Certificate in Meeting Management) and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Event and Meeting Management from San Diego State University.
Melanie spends her free time with her Quarter Horses- Cash, Oscar, Charlie, Casey and 2 spoiled miniature ponies- Taco and Jasper and 2 cats Annie and Oakley.
Rachel has more than 25 years of experience providing marketing, communications, and public relations services for associations, corporations, and nonprofits. She has worked for Atlas Management Resources since 2011, managing communications and events for multiple professional associations. Rachel is a past president of the Pennsylvania Public Relations Society and she currently serves on the Marketing Advisory Council for Shippensburg University, from which she graduated with a BA in English. She lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband and teenage son, and her hobbies include travel and photography.
A Jill of all trades, Terri has more than twenty years of experience in association administrative and organizational office support including specialized training in computer software programs. She is proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Publisher. She also utilizes Adobe programs, such as Acrobat and Photoshop. Other software proficiencies include QuickBooks and Quicken financial software.
Terri is the central office operations, including managing membership databases, tracking emails, answering phones, conference registration, and CRM for mass communications. Additionally, she participates as support personnel for conferences and events (in-person and virtual).
Besides having a strong commitment to fulfilling her business duties, which often include long and odd hours, she enjoys traveling to new places and visiting local attractions.
Danielle has a degree in Communications/Journalism from Shippensburg University and has been working in the Communications realm since 2016. She started with Atlas in 2021 as an assistant to both Denise Ott and Rachel Jarabeck.
She and her husband Michael have two daughters, Paisley 3 and Beckett 1, a personal zoo full pets including two dogs, several cats, rabbits, and reptiles, and she also runs a cat small TNR based cat rescue.
Ellen has used her communications and public relations degree from Ohio Northern University throughout all phases of her career. After receiving her Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs with a concentration in Service Learning from The Ohio State University she worked in higher education for years at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
She resides in Ohio with her husband and is a proud mom of two. Ellen enjoys being a community organizer, including running a nonprofit that organizes service leaning projects for kids.
